A Self contained studio apartment on the ground floor with a modern bathroom, kitchenette, lounge and queen bed, overlooking parkland with pathway to the beach.  The studio is beautifully furnished.

This property is in central Dunsborough, 2 minutes walk from beach, cafes, restaurant, retail and supermakets.  The accomodation is situtated behind commercial and retail businesses facing the beautiful bush reserve.  Undercover private parking is provided.

Guest access

Shared entry with upstairs but lockable doors for privacy and security. I have lived in the area for over 30 years and have a wealth of knowledge I love to share if you are wanting some help to take full advantage of this amazing region.
Equally your studio can be your private space .
Interaction with the host is totally up to you.

Interaction with guests

Interaction is incidental in the foyer.. I live above the studio so you can have as much or as little interaction as you wish.
I love this area and always happy to give suggestions for restaurants or tourist spots.

The neighbourhood

I love love love living here as I walk everywhere. The beach is 2 mins down a track and all restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are within a stones throw.
Tourist office is next door and public transport and tours leave from there.
Wedding buses depart 2 minutes from here.

Getting around

Buses to Busselton pass daily and buses from Perth pass by and can be used to reach other towns near by.
Tickets can be purchased from nearby tourist office.
Wine tours will pickup from your door.
The whale watch tours office is in the same development.
Cycling path runs at the rear of the unit.... leading to the beach pathways.
